"A former war reporter shows up unexpectedly at the coastal Florida home of his ex-wife and teenage daughter. While he is still dealing with injuries from Afghanistan that changed his life forever, his wife and daughter are coping with their own major struggles. A lonely dolphin, a boy named Elvis and the search for algebraic solutions round out this moving, humorous tale of a fractured family struggling to connect."

Carrie Printz is an award-winning playwright. Her plays have won both national and regional competitions and have been performed around the country. Her play, Gifted, was produced by Lakewood's The Edge Theatre Company in 2013, while her play, Race Relations, won first place in the Writer's Digest 2009 Stage Play competition.  Her newest play, Fractured Moonlight, was named a semi-finalist in the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s 2018 National Playwrights Conference.

A member of the Dramatists Guild of America and The Playwrights’ Center, she also teaches a master's level playwriting course at the University of Denver.

SUSAN LYLES

Susan Lyles has a BA from Wichita State University, and received certification from The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in Shakespeare.  She has worked on stage in London, Chicago and Denver and has also worked in film, commercials, print, industrial, and voice-over. Susan is the founder and Producing Artistic Director of And Toto too Theatre Company, and has directed more than 20 plays, including the award winning Naked in Encino, Car Talk, Heads and The Pink Unicorn. She has designed costumes for more than 50 plays, including Lion in Winter (Denver Victorian Playhouse), 12th Night (Denver Victorian Playhouse), and Greater Tuna and Christmas Tuna (Denver Victorian Playhouse, Town Hall Arts Center).  Susan is also producer for the award winning film production company Ruff, Ruff, Dog Productions.

LISA ROSENHAGEN

Lisa Rosenhagen (Shelly Shepard) is honored to return to And Toto Too, after taking a long sabbatical from theatre. One of her favorite roles was as Anya with And Toto too in the production of The Feast of the Flying Cow…And Other Stories of War. Other favorite roles include: Constanze Weber in the critically acclaimed  Amadeus with OpenStage Theatre at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, Shirley in Amateur Night at the Big Heart,written by the late great, Terry Dodd and directed with Tony award winner Randy Myler at the Aurora Fox,  Streetcar Named Desire at the Germinal Stage in which she received a Denver Post Ovation Readers Choice Nomination and a Marlowe Award for her portrayal of Stella. The Good Body by Eve Ensler at the Avenue Theatre, Norma in Value of Names with Theatre Or at the Mizel, Maxine in Tongue of a Bird with Bas Bleu, and as Karen in the world premiere of the Eric Coble play, For Better at Curious Theatre.

JEFF JESMER

Jeff Jesmer( Max Berwin) is very pleased to be collaborating with fellow artists on this adventure. He is a local actor who has enjoyed playing some great roles around Denver. From John Proctor in The Crucible to Kolenkhov in You Can’t Take it With You, he very much enjoys being on stage and bringing life to characters. Jeff is also a set builder and designer who has worked from Steamboat Opera all the way down to Southern Colorado Repertory Theatre in Trinidad, CO. He would like to thank you for supporting live theatre and to tell Julie and their fur babies that he has all the love anyone could ever hope for. ️


Zoe Howell

Zoe Howell (Zelda Shepard-Berwin) Zoe is delighted to be given the opportunity to participate in a staged reading of Fractured Moonlight. Recent credits include Cabaret and Two Gentlemen of Verona at Denver School of the Arts, Putnam County Spelling Bee and Spamalot at Front Range Theatre Company. She is a ninth grade theatre major at Denver School of the Arts.

WALTER SILVESKY II

Walter Silvesky II (Elvis Taylor) – is a Freshman theatre major at Denver School of the Arts, DSA CREDITS: As You Like It (Corin), Shrek the Musical (Duloc Greeter/Happy Villager/Wedding Choir), James and the Giant Peach (Grasshopper), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Raisin Coneybear), The Producers (Run Crew), Stories on Stage (Reader), Junior Thespian Historian.
